AUTOMOTIVE replacement part specialist Schaeffler has announced two new staff appointments at its UK offices.
Matt Selby has been promoted to the position of Northern Regional Sales Manager. Selby joined Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket in 2007, working as Territory Manager and Key Account Manager.
In his new role, 32-year-old Selby will be representing the company’s original equipment (OE) LuK clutch, INA tensioner and FAG wheel bearing brands as well as its recently introduced Ruville engine, cooling and suspension components range.
Selby said: ‘It is early days, but it is going really well. The support I have received from my colleagues has been fantastic and I’m looking forward to helping lead the team and continue to build on our strong position in the automotive aftermarket.’
Joining Schaeffler will be Rebecca Dixon-Kennedy, who takes up a role as Marketing and Digital Media Executive at the company’s marketing office near Birmingham.
The Schaeffler Group generated sales of 11.2 billion Euros in 2013 and employs more than 80,000 personnel worldwide, at approximately 170 locations in 49 countries.
