Jenkins Group’s Owen is named a ‘Suzuki Saint’

JENKINS Suzuki Cardiff service adviser Owen Clarke has been named a ‘Suzuki Saint’.

The monthly accolade, which was launched last year by the vehicle manufacturer, is given to individuals who are deemed to have gone beyond the call of duty and received continued positive feedback from customers.

Clarke, 44, was nominated by Jon Murphy, the Hadfield Road showroom’s aftersales sanager, along with Suzuki owners, for his excellent customer service record. Throughout his 25-year employment at the Jenkins Group, Clarke has undertaken a series of roles, including being a parts adviser and vehicle road tester, allowing him to build up extensive and valuable experience across the business.

He said: ‘I am delighted to have won it, and this is testimony to the management at Jenkins who have put a career path into place which has allowed me to constantly progress and enhance my skill set. I am also very proud that my loyalty and hard work has been acknowledged by the business and by some of the people that I have served.’

Russell Jenkins, dealer principal of Jenkins Suzuki Cardiff, said: ‘We would like to congratulate Owen on this amazing achievement, which is very well deserved. His unrelenting commitment, which he has shown over many years, has been exemplary. He has always been a great role model in the team and is very well liked by our customer base.’
