AUDATEX has unveiled a new end-to-end bodyshop management solution called PlanManager.
The insurance claims solutions provider revealed its new product to the press and prospective customers at an event in Thurrock, Essex.
The system streamlines the entire crash repair process for bodyshops, customers and insurers, driving forward digitalisation of the industry and helping businesses go paperless.
The cloud-based solution is designed to meet the changing needs of consumers, delivering an instantaneous service tailored to whatever a customer wants.
Bodyshops are able to proactively manage the crash repair process and take a more strategic approach to jobs, which sees efficiency increase and customer satisfaction rise.
The programme has been adopted early by Artis Accident Care, which demonstrated the product at its new bodyshop in Thurrock. The system will then be rolled out to a wider range of businesses following its official launch on May 10.
The product will continually be developed and improved over time as Audatex receives feedback from businesses that adopt it.
